Subscription Memberships: Spinwave subscriber members receive unlimited access to the full featured online JPEG and GIF Crunchers, providing the most compressed versions of crunched images for the duration of the membership.
Enter a "1" in the quantity box for the type of membership you are purchasing. If you are already a member, the purchased time will be added to the current expiration date for your membership. For memberships, there is no download -- after your purchase is complete you will receive an email directing you to the Spinwave members area where you will be able to log in with your User ID and Password.
Subscription Renewal: Your membership will be automatically renewed at the rate and period you most recently requested (except for Lifetime Eternal Crunch memberships). For example, if you purchase a 3-month membership for $15, after 3 months your card will be billed for $15. Recurring renewal billing will continue every three months until you unsubscribe. You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time by clicking here or by requesting cancellation in an email to webstore@spinwave.com. Subscription cancellations will be effective as of the next date of renewal. There are no partial or pro- rated refunds. You must cancel at least 48 hours before the next period is to be billed.
To order, enter the quantity of products you which to purchase in the Quantity fields and/or select the checkbox of a subscription. You may click on the SKU of a product to view the full product information.
Volume Discounts: You will receive a discount for multiple purchases of the same product (SKU) as follows: 5-10 = 10% off each, 11-20 = 15% off each, 21-50 = 35% off each. This discount does not apply to Special Offer purchases. Your Username and Password will allow you to download as many products as you purchase. Please contact webstore@spinwave.com to make other arrangements.
When you have entered your selection(s), please click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of this page. You will have a chance to review and edit your order after submitting your Billing and/or Shipping information, and any discounts or special offer prices will be applied at that time.

Returns: Due to the irrevocable nature of selling a line of downloaded products, it is Spinwave's policy not to refund charges for any reason 24 hours after a transaction has been completed. We advise Spinwave customers to test our free demo versions prior to purchase. Exchanges of comparable value can be arranged by contacting Spinwave Customer Service at support@spinwave.com .
